Her career includes serving as the Co-founder of The Shine Company, a consultancy dedicated to media infrastructure development and the intersection of film tourism. She also serves as a producer with Rolling Reels Productions, alongside Julia Bartnett, which creates genre films that highlight stories of marginalized communities.
Mindy is the Chair of the Advisory Board for Women in Film & Television Austin Chapter. Her unique talent and ability to connect people make her a valuable asset in Texas filmmaking and beyond.
