Short Bio
Xiao Bai Tarr is a Chinese-American media columnist, screenplay writer independent film producer who emigrated from China to the United States in 2007 and resides in Austin,
she began studying the art of screenplay writing and produced her first 68-minute Chinese-English movie Hidden Summer in 2017.
In 2019, to further broaden her skill set, she took a Film Making class at Austin Film School and, as Writer, Producer, and Director, completed a 5 min short "Way Out of the Blue". She also wrote her first award-winning comedy short "Lonely Meets Lover".
