Short Bio
Lauren Lindberg (Director/Supervising Producer) is an award-winning director and producer renowned for her compelling documentary films about the complexity of human life and the beauty of resilience, blending nonfiction work with twists of imagination.
She began her filmmaking career as a teen in a multi-year program run by Bay Area Video Coalition, before earning her BFA in documentary film at Chapman University in 2015. Her films have been showcased in more than 60 domestic and international film festivals and have earned numerous accolades including Best Documentary and Audience Choice Awards, and have been exhibited by PBS Independent Lens, the Paley permanent collection and the deYoung Museum in San Francisco.
